pushed the Euro to a new high at $1.1848. Resistance is close-by at $1.1854,
which marks the 38.2% Fibonacci retracement on $1.1940 to $1.1801 decline, a
break to open $1.1871 (50% fib on the same move). Euro was last at $1.1844.
