UK: Despite 'do or die' pledge, gov't seems set to ask for Art 50 extension if
no deal is agreed by 19 October. 
- Scottish Court of Session, where judges are ruling on the extent to which the
PM personally is bound by Benn Act (requires gov't to seek extension by 19 Oct
if no deal is agreed with EU). 
- No. 10 official states "The government will comply with the Benn Act, which
only imposes a very specific narrow duty concerning Parliament's letter
requesting a delay - drafted by an unknown subset of MPs and pro-EU campaigners
- and which can be interpreted in different ways".
- This is the first time gov't has acknowledged it will have to ask for an Art.
50 extension, barring unforeseen legal loophole that lets PM avoid sending
letter to Brussels.
