Gilt futures quickly drop 30-40 ticks to session lows on a BBC report (and subsequent confirmation) that the government's medium-term fiscal plan will be delayed from Oct 31 to Nov 17. While they bounced back briefly, they are now back at session lows, off 79 ticks (see chart).
