GOLD: Early Asia saw the precious metal print a 4-month high of $1321.56 before
profit takers emerged and the dollar turned positive just ahead of Europe.
- Europe was a somewhat muted session, bullion did print an intra-day low of
$1311.21 before slowly grinding to recovery highs of $1315.99.
- The arrival of NY saw another rally as the dollar lost ground following US
Tsys Yields slipping. The price jumped to $1317.50 before fading.
- Consolidation was the theme as the market awaited the release of the FOMC
minutes, as the price traded either side of $1316.50. 
- A some what hawkish tone from the FOMC minutes witnessed a boost in the
dollar, which caused gold to plunge to fresh session lows of $1307.93
