Early focus is on the Euribor strip

BUNDS
  • Bund is somewhat better offered on the cash open, after some decent rallies across the board yesterday.
  • But seeing decent early buying in Treasuries, in 10yr and 20yr.
  • Early focus is once again on the Euribor strip and the Red, Green pack part of the curve, especially ahead of the ECB.
  • ERZ3 is close to yesterday's low at 99.955, with support at the 2020 low 99.915, and this will be followed by 99.895.
  • Also some small early interest on ERU2/ERZ2 buying at 7.5.
  • Today sees inflation data from German and Spain, with CPI releases.
  • Out of the US, attention turns to the GDP.
  • SUPPLIES: Italy EU2bn 2026, and EU3.75bn 2032 (Equates combined to 26.3k BTP), we also get floating 2029, but won't impact BTP.
