ECB / BoE Terminal Pricing Set To Slip For First Time This Week

Between the weaker-than-expected Eurozone/Italian CPI and US PCE deflator, and comments by ECB's Villeroy that they "may possibly still have a little way to go" on rates, terminal hike pricing is set to fall Friday for the first time this week (down 2.7bp to 3.57% depo rate).

  • That's dragging BoE terminal pricing a little too, now down 0.9bp to 4.67%.
