Edging Away From Early Asia Highs

US TSYS

Tsys have edged away from their early Asia highs. The previously noted downside activity in TYH2 put options and swappable corporate supply from international banks (Nomura & Credit Agricole) have provided the points of note, with a lack of major macro news flow apparent thus far. TYH2 +0-00+ at 129-14+, trading at the base of its 0-04+ range, while cash Tsys have twist flattened, with 2s ~1bp cheaper on the day, while 30s trade ~0.5bp richer.
