EUROZONE ISSUANCE

Germany, Italy and potentially Greece all still look to issue bonds this week while the EU and Belgium sold bonds yesterday. We look for estimated gross nominal issuance of E22.1bln from announced operations, down from last week’s E30.3bln.

  • This morning, Germany will look to sell E4bln of the 1.30% Oct-27 Bobl (ISIN: DE0001141869).
  • Greece will hold an investor call today at 3:00BST ahead of potential issuance (MNI has previously noted that among the possibilities are an FRN).
