E30bn/m for 9months, active private investors in the Euro govt bond market may
well need to absorb about E200bn of supply in 10y equivalents next year (up from
-E11bn this year)."
 - They add "this would happen at the same time that the flow effect of the Fed
balance sheet run off in US Treasuries reaches its peak. How active the ECB
becomes in lengthening the maturity of its gross purchases, and how far in
advance global term premia move ahead of the supply shock, remain key unknowns."
