UK: Election focus today likely to be on the Question Time programme airing at
1900GMT (1400ET, 2000CET) for 2 hours on BBC1 involving leaders of the
Conservative, Labour, Liberal Democrat, and Scottish National Parties. 
- The party leaders will take questions from a live studio audience, potentially
making for a more combative programme than Tuesday's head-to-head debate between
PM Johnson and Lab leader Corbyn. 
- After Labour's manifesto launch yesterday, significant interest in Labour's
spending and revenue raising plans. IFS says it is "simply not credible" to
insulate 95% of Brits from tax rises with Lab's spending plans. 
Today's other events:
- Welsh nationalists Plaid Cymru launch their election manifesto at 1000GMT
(0500ET, 1100CET). Party is part of the 'Remain Alliance' that is not standing
candidates in certain seats to allow other Remainers a clearer chance of beating
the incumbent Conservative or retaining the seat. 
- Nigel Farage's Brexit Party launch their "contract with the British people"
i.e. a manifesto at 1100GMT (0600ET, 1200CET).
