Estonia PM-We Don't Rule Anything Out On Balticconnector Damage

Speaking in Brussels ahead of the European Council summit, Estonian PM Kaja Kallas stated that the investigation is ongoing into the damage to the Balticconector natural gas pipeline between Estonia and Finland, and that her gov't "does not rule anything out", including sabotage. In the last few days media speculation has intensified that the damage may have been caused by the dragging anchor of a Hong Kong-flagged ship.
