LNG
Europe’s LNG imports are heavily weighted to supply procured from the global spot market. Spot LNG will remain vital for Europe to refill gas storage but could be under pressure if the current muted demand in Asia rallies.
- Europe could however lose 17.5 percentage points of flexible LNG supply from the base case and still meet its 90% full storage target according to Bloomberg.
