EuroStoxx Futures Follow USD/JPY Lower into London Close

CROSS ASSET

US equities hold in minor positive territory, but well off the earlier session highs. Not the same case for EuroStoxx futures, however, which slip into negative territory following the local cash close, with prices showing below yesterday's lows of 4302.00 to trade in line with the Monday close.

  • Little in the way of headlines or newsflow behind the move, although is moving in sympathy with USD/JPY being sold into the WMR fix - as the pair shed around 50 pips into the London close.
  • Moves look contained to those specific markets for now, with little signs of risk-off in gold, US yields.
