ECB: Excess liquidity in the Eurozone increased to E1.718tln Monday from
E1.702tln the night before according to latest ECB figures. Use of ECB deposit
facility rose to E665.14bln from E648.999bln Friday, while use of the ECB's
marginal lending facility more than doubled to E344mln from E169mln.
