+183k MNI survey, following upward revisions to Jan (+311k vs prev +304k) 
and Dec (+227k vs prev +222k).
- Hourly earnings stronger +0.4% vs +0.3% BBG and MNI expected after 
unrev +0.1% in Jan, pushing Y/Y to +3.4% Feb vs +3.1% y/y in Jan.
- The unemp rate slipped to 3.8% (3.821%) vs 3.9% BBG and MNI expect.
- Private payrolls +25k, with widespread weakenss except for healthcare. 
- Labor force participation rate unch at 63.2%, U-6 rate 7.3% vs 8.1% Jan 
- Jan housing starts +18.6% to 1.230m SAAR, vs 1.190m BBG and 1.178m 
MNI, a solid rebound from the Dec dip, but still down from Jan 2018.
