US TSYS SUMMARY: Fed Chair Powell's comments Wednesday that rates are 'just
below' neutral has carried through to Thursday, with Tsy yields falling further.
- The Dec 18 T-Note future is up 7/32 at 119-195, having traded in a range of
119-075 to 119-235.
- The 2-Yr yield is down 2.4bps at 2.7844%, 5-Yr is down 3.9bps at 2.8261%,
10-Yr is down 4.7bps at 3.0116%, and 30-Yr is down 4.7bps at 3.299%.
- Eurodollar futures continue to rally, Greens and Blues up 2-3 ticks.
- MNI PINCH now showing the probability of a Dec Fed hike at 74%, down from 77%
at the beginning of the week.
- Re G20: SCMP reported that the Trump-Xi dinner is unlikely to end in a joint
statement or joint press conference, no matter the outcome; a Kremlin spokesman
said that the Trump-Putin meeting would go ahead despite Ukraine tensions.
- US personal income/spending, initial jobless claims and and PCE numbers coming
ahead of FOMC minutes. 
- Boston Fed conference later sees Chicago`s Evans and Dallas` Kaplan speaking.
