Business Economics webcast. Highlights:
* SEP: Expects to return to SEP process in June FOMC meeting. "It will be back."
SEP was put on hold in March. 
* Forward Guidance: Says Fed "may return in coming meetings" to discuss forward
guidance and options about balance sheet policy, echoing yesterday's meeting
minutes language.
* YCC: Clarida says Fed staff will be briefing FOMC "down the road" on Japan's,
RBA's experiences with yield curve caps. 
* Negative Rates: Clarida emphasizes that all 17 FOMC participants were in
agreement against negative rates in October at that time, as Chair Powell has
said recently. "Nothing that has happened since then has changed my mind about
that," Clarida said.
