of financial markets? Natural counterparts of CB are those that have to
implement decision - banks etc. Now, there is a strive for transparency - this
is a change. Would we be naturally be speaking to large public? Have to be
cautious - would have to change language and would begin to step into realm of
politics.
Q on irreversibity of euro - in particular in Italy. Says everybody in Italy
says euro is irreversible. Popular support for euro is at record levels.
