EURO-DOLLAR: Firmer US rate yields has seen the Euro edge lower to a base so far
of $1.1727. The benchmark 10-year yield is now trading above the 200-dma
(2.3256) and currently up 1.1% for the session. It is worth noting, a couple of
large option expiries for today at $1.1725(E1.04bn) and $1.1750-55(E1.51bn) may
act to contain the near-term range. Support lies at $1.1717 (sep27 low), while
Asia's top of $1.1756 provides resistance. Euro-dollar was last at $1.1730.
