Firming Up A Little

US TSYS

A steady uptick has been observed during recent TYM2 trade, with little in the way of an overt catalyst noted. Chinese and Hong equities remain firmer on the session, while e-minis are holding onto their own modest gains. The move allowed TYM2 to retest best levels of the session, which held, with the contract last +0-04 at 119-26+, operating in a 0-10+ range. Cash Tsys run 0.5bp cheaper to 1.5bp richer, pivoting around 7s as the curve twist flattens.
