EUROZONE DATA: Flash HICP (Oct 2019)

--EZ flash HICP eased by 0.1pp to 0.7% in Oct, the lowest since Nov 2016,
although in line with markets expectation. 
--Y/Y HICP is slowing for a fourth consecutive month 
--Core infl (HICP ex. energy, food, alcohol & tobacco) picked up by 0.1pp to
1.1%, its third successive increase to the highest level since June. 
--Oct's downtick was mainly driven by a sharp drop in energy inflation, falling
to -3.2% after -1.8% in Sep 
--Prices for food, alcohol & tobacco (1.6%) remained at Sep's level in Oct 
--Meanwhile, both non-energy industrial goods prices and service prices edged up
by 0.1pp to 0.3% and 1.6%, respectively. 
--As global demand remains subdued, firms are finding it difficult to pass on
their higher wages costs to consumers.
