CHINA: Foreign ministry spokesman speaking on a number of different issues,
states that China is "not afraid of sanctions" regarding the potential for US
measures being imposed against officials regarding heightened tensions in the
South China Sea, Foreign Ministry adds they "hope the US will not go further
down the wrong path". 
- Says the US is "once again stirring up trouble". 
- On trade talks with the US spokesman says the Chinese gov't is not aware if
Phase 2 talks have begun.
- When asked about the UK gov't decision to remove Huawei from its 5G network,
spokesman says China wants "win-win cooperation, not retaliation". But says that
the UK has broken its promises regarding Huawei.
- On heightened tensions with India over disputed border in the Himalayan Galwan
Valley, Foreign Ministry says there is additional progress in relation to the
disengagement of troops around the Line of Actual Control.
