Fourth Quarter GDP Due, Expected To Dip To 3.4% Y/y

  • At the top of the hour, the statistics institute will publish preliminary information about the country’s fourth-quarter GDP in 2022, which is expected to have increased 3.4% y/y, according to economist estimates compiled by Bloomberg.
  • Data should add evidence of decelerating domestic and external demand and support forecasts for further weakness in 2023. The results are likely to fall below central bank projections.
