Freeport LNG Restart Delayed until November

US Freeport LNG aims to return 85% of production by late November and full operation by March according to a statement on Tuesday.

  • Operations were previously expected to resume in October following the halt to exports due to an explosion in June.
  • Initial production could start in early November from one loading dock but two are required for full operation.
  • The export terminal can process about 16% of US export capacity of 2.1bcf/d
