Freeport LNG Terminal To Boost Output After Power Trip

The Freeport LNG export terminal is ramping up output after one of its production trains tripped over the weekend according to traders with knowledge of the matter.

  • Two of the terminal’s three trains are near full operation according to the traders.
  • The Freeport LNG export plant has cancelled up to four scheduled cargoes for March after one production train was damaged during start up earlier this month according to Reuters.
  • US Natgas APR 23 up 0.7% at 2.1$/mmbtu
