Fresh Highs For Gilt Futures, Although Move Fades

BONDS

  • Gilt futures show to fresh session highs in recent trade, but the break isn’t particularly pronounced and fades.
  • Gilt cash benchmarks sit 2-3bp richer across the curve, with the wings outperforming at the margin.
  • The German cash curve twist flattens, with paper there 3bp cheaper to 1.5bp richer.
