Front Aussie bond futures continue.....>

AUSSIE BONDS
AUSSIE BONDS: Front Aussie bond futures continue to trade around the middle of
their SFE session ranges, after they tracked Tsys/global core bonds higher on
SYCOM. The space ticked back from best levels in early Sydney trade owing to
some positive headlines surrounding Brexit matters and a generally risk-positive
start to the Asia-Pacific session, but remains underpinned.
- YM last +4.5 ticks, with XM +5.5 ticks. YM/XM last 51.0, with the cash
3-/10-Year yield differential trading at 50.2bp.
- Bills trade 1 to 3 ticks higher through the reds.
- The AOFM's weekly issuance schedule looks a little light, with Australia set
to observe a market holiday on Monday, ahead of domestic CPI data due Wednesday.
