US CORPORATES: FT article explains that US corporate Treasurers are selling debt
to fund pension deficits. 
- Debt is tax deductible (saving 35%), rates are low and Treasurers also
anticipate US tax reform in 2018 that could cut corporate taxation. 
- The article writes "Should the Republican-controlled Congress succeed in
cutting corporate taxes, future deductions companies can take on pension fund
contributions would also fall". So companies are incentivised to sell debt now.
