Full reversal ahead of the Weekend in Futures

  • Bund is back at session high, with desks likely covering ahead of the week, lightening risk and parking cash as Europe heads into the later part of the session.
  • The short end Schatz and Bobl have really led on the bounce, and has provided some decent steepening this afternoon, especially against the 30yr Buxl.
  • Resistance in Bund is at 128.28.
  • Yesterday's low at 91.18 held for Gilt., which was just short of the next Yield at 4.752%, equated to 90.81.
  • US 10yr Yield and the 5% resistance held, and with futures now back at the high, TYZ3 sees small resistance at 106.03+.
