Futures A Touch Lower On Tokyo CPI, Curve Bull Flattens

The firmer than expected round of Tokyo CPI data has applied some light pressure to JGB futures, which sit a touch below their late overnight levels , last +15 vs. Thursday’s settlement. The curve has flattened, with the major cash JGBs benchmarks running 0.5-2.0bp richer, drawing support from Thursday’s move in Tsys.
