JGBS: Futures drew support from the broader defensive feel to trade during the
overnight session, adding 11 ticks vs. settlement, although the contract
finished back from best levels.
- Just worth flagging that the latest report from the Nikkei suggests that the
BoJ is considering trimming its inflation outlook and presenting a more gloomy
assessment of the economy when it convenes later this month, no surprise there.
- Today's local docket will see focus fall on 3-10 Year Rinban operations from
the BoJ.
