Futures Offered Overnight, May Bounce Early In Tokyo

JGBS

JGB futures shed 10 ticks overnight, driven by the early impetus in U.S. Tsys, with nothing in the way of a notable bounce observed, even as long end Tsys recovered from session cheaps in the wake of a strong round of 20-Year Tsy supply. This may result in a bid creeping into the contract in early Tokyo trade. Wednesday’s Asia-Pac session is bereft of any notable tier 1 data releases, which will leave headline flow at the fore.
