AUSSIE BONDS: Futures sit a touch below settlement levels, in what has been a
limited SFE session. YM last -2.0 ticks, with XM -1.0 tick. YM/XM deals at 40.5
ticks, with the cash equivalent at 39.8bp., with the curve sitting a touch
steeper on the day.
- On the corporate issuance front KFW have announced a A$150mn tap of their A$
2022 line at swaps +33bp, EuroFIMA priced a A$20mn tap of their bond at swaps
+62bp, BNG bank launched a A$25mn tap of its 2029 line at swaps +52bp, IADB
launched a A$50mn tap of its 2028 A$ line at swaps +41bp and Vicinity Centres
announced a roadshow for A$ paper.
- Bills trade 1-2 ticks lower through the reds.
- There was little reaction to the latest round of local data, while the AOFM
revealed that there will be no conventional Treasury Bond tenders next week.
However, On Wednesday 19 June 2019 a tender for the issue of A$2.00bn of the
1.50% 21 June 2031 bond line is planned to be held. Full details are available
in the official tender announcement. This will be the only Treasury Bond tender
held that week.
