AUSSIE BONDS
AUSSIE BONDS: Futures sit just off Sydney highs ahead of today's RBA decision,
after the earlier flagged comments from PM Morrison further solidified market
expectations re: the potential for a rate cut.
- YM and XM have richened since, as they closed their respective SFE opening
gaps and more. Both contracts sit +3.0 on the day, with bills +4-5 ticks through
the reds.
- BBG WIRP showing ~32bp worth of easing priced in the IB strip re: today's
decision, but IBs would have thinned out a little by now, so that may not be
totally accurate.
