Futures Tick Away From Overnight High Early On

JGBS

Cash JGBs play catch up to the wider post-FOMC moves in early Tokyo trade, leaving the major benchmarks running 1-5bp richer. 7s outperform nearby paper on the back of the overnight bid in futures, while 30s provide the firmest point on the curve. Swap spreads are tighter to flat through 10s after yesterday’s widening, while they are flat to wider in the 20+-Year zone. JGB futures are +29, backing further away from their overnight session highs as U.S. Tsys hold shy of Wednesday’s bests. Local headline flow remains limited.
