on modest volume (TYU<280k), 10s lead decline. Less risk on than cooling of
risk-off tone, no new revelations on US/China tit-for-tat tariff-fest while EU
slaps E2.8B tariffs on US. Limited data today, but Fed Chair Powell participates
in policy panel w/ECB Draghi and BoA Lowe from Portugal at 0930ET. 
- US$ firmer (DXY +.097, 95.110; US$/Yen -0.03, 110.02); equities firmer (emini
+5.75, 2772.0); gold softer (XAU -0.23, 1274.47); West Texas crude mildly higher
(WTI +0.13, 65.20).
- Asia, steady open, Tsy futures climbed to overnight highs as US$/Yen slipped
to 109.86 in short order, paring directional move over the next hour w/prop and
technical selling in belly heading into the London cross. London, two-way chop
followed early carry-over selling, light curve trade.
- Swaps, mildly tighter spds, light flow includes 3s4s steepener. Eurodollar
futures, steady/mildly lower out strip, 3 Month +0.0017 to 2.3319% (+0.0060/wk).
