WTI is facing resistance at the Jan 7 high of $49.64 as well as the $50 level
which keeps the near term outlook neutral. A break opens the Dec 4 high at
$54.77 ahead of the 200-dma at $63.27. Bears target a break of the Dec 24 low at
$42.36, below here opens multi-month lows at $42.05.
