STERLING
STERLING: GBP remains bid across the board as the BoE press conference
continues. MNI PINCH now calculates an 80% chance of a 25bp rate hike at May MPC
meeting, followed by a 50% chance of rates being 1.0% by Dec 2018 meeting which
then increases to 84% by Feb 2019.
-GBP/CAD is on the cusp of breaking C$1.7639, the year's highs, which would open
up a move toward C$1.7854, the 2017 high. Resistance may be found at C$1.7828 on
any move higher, marking the 61.8% retracement level for the C$1.9130-1.5722
move.
