OIL PRODUCTS
Germany’s gasoline and naphtha sales beat pre-pandemic levels in May for the first time since February according to federal data (BAFA) via Bloomberg.
- Diesel, heating oil, LPG, jet fuel and total oil product sales were all however lower than May 2019 levels while refining runs also lagged.
- Total oil product sales fell by 0.8% yr/yr to 7.88m, well below consumption of 8.37m in May 2019.
