BUNDS: German lawmaker's vote is the main focus Today

  • It was a very tight 12 ticks range for Bund overnight finding some offers post Cash, and while the main event this Week is on the FOMC Tomorrow, the major focus today will on the German Vote, which will allow spending on Defence, Infrastructures, and Green Projects.
  • Debate is set to start at 09.00GMT and last for some 3 hours, after a vote on the Amendments is set to begin from 13.00GMT.
  • Technically for Bund, the Next resistance seen at 128.33 was untested Yesterday and remains the initial area of interest.
  • Support is seen at 127.18, followed by the 2.95% level in Yield.
  • The only Data releases for Today are the German ZEW, and Canadian CPI.
  • SUPPLY: UK 2028 £4.25bn (equates to 12.9k Gilt) should have a limited impact, Finland 10s, 12s (won't impact Bund), US Sells $13bn of 20yr reopening.
