GOLD
GOLD: Gold has added $2 or so overnight, last $1,278/oz in spot trade, supported
by a modestly weaker USD, after yesterday's initial round of risk off flows
pushed the yellow metal through its trend channel top at $1,270/oz, although the
subsequent recovery in U.S. equities saw bullion move back from best levels late
in the day. Bulls now eye the $1,300/oz pivot area, while bears look for a quick
move back below the 200-DMA.
