GOP Rep. Hern-Debt Ceiling Deal 'Likely' By Tomorrow Afternoon

Representative Kevin Hern (R-OK), chair of the Republican Study Committee (the largest GOP caucus in the House of Representatives) has stated that he believes a debt ceiling deal is 'likely' by tomorrow afternoon. Hern's comments carry notable weight given that the conservative RSC counts 156 of the 222 Republicans in the House as its members.
