  • Regulator estimated that Polish households face power prices increases by as much as 180%.
  • Poland Ruling Party may propose Gabriela Maslowska for one of the vacancies at the NBP.
  • Senate is also likely to pick Joanna Tyrowicz as another candidate; Tyrowicz is a labor market economist and has been a critic of current governor Glapinski.
