GREECE T-BILL AUCTION PREVIEW
GREECE T-BILL AUCTION PREVIEW: Greece's Public Debt Management Agency (PDMA)
launch a new 52-week Mar 15, 2019 T-bill for E625mln Wednesday. 
- BACKGROUND: This will be the first 52-week T-bill auction since Apr 13, 2010
and shows Greece's increasing confidence in being able to come to the issuance
market.
- HISTORY: At that last auction in 2010, the PDMA sold E780mln at average yield
of 4.85% and cover of 5.03 times. 
- NON-COMP: The PDMA once again said it would allocate an extra 30% of amount
auctioned in non-comp bids, and a further 30% in second day bids, to bring total
amount to be issued to E1bln. There will be a E1.6bln T-bill redemptions on Mar
16, which is seen underpinning demand at the auction. 
- TIMING: Results due to be announced around 1010GMT.
