Greenback Slipping Ahead of US Open

USD

Greenback weakness extending into early US hours, with EUR/USD showing just above the late US Thursday high and GBP/USD narrowing the gap with 1.3746.

  • Greenback move clearly evident in USD/CNH, with the pair falling further below the 6.50 mark to trade at lowest since Jan13.
  • Plenty of data releases to ponder later today, with US PCE, personal income/spending in around 60 mins, with MNI Chicago PMI coming soon afterwards.
