WTI futures have pulled back from range highs keeping the outlook neutral for

now. The Jan 21 high at $54.24 remains resistance, and a close above here is

needed improve the outlook and open the Nov 16 high at $57.96, ahead of the

200-dma at $64.31. Bears need to break below the Jan 14 low/21-dma at $50.38/36.

Below here would bring the Dec 24 low at $42.36 back into focus.
