Copper futures are consolidating and trading closer to its recent lows. Last week’s low marked an extension of the reversal from $394.70, Nov 15 high. The latest pullback is considered corrective, however, attention is on $357.16, the 50-day EMA and an important short-term support. The average has been pierced, a clear break would signal scope for a deeper pullback and expose $334.80, the Oct 31 low. On the upside, $394.70 is the bull trigger.
