Following the Thursday rally, five year futures sit little changed ahead of the
pit open, and bulls will have taken some confidence from the market's ability to
hold the Thursday gains, arresting the decline from late last week. This appears
to put an end to this week's 'sell rallies' mode. A break and/or close below
114-11+ would switch the outlook back to negative, turning focus to the 50-dma
at 114-07, below here opens a move toward the 200 & 100-dma's at 113-127/122.
Bulls need to clear 115-00 & the Jan 3 high to build on momentum, before
challenging the 50% retracement level & Feb 6 high at 115-14/212.
