MNI (London)
EURO-STERLING: Having bounced back from its May06 low of Gbp0.8490, and its show
outside of the base of its 1.0% 10-dma envelope, the rate has now pushed up to
Gbp0.8748(May16) where it is seen currently stalling just above the topside of
the afore mentioned envelope. Rate tends not to like to be outside of this
parameter for too long and can often reverse sharply back within. Rate currently
trades around Gbp0.8742, topside of the envelope currently at Gbp0.8737.
