MARKET TALK
MARKET TALK: Headline flow has been light over the last little while, but
markets are settling into the theme of a slightly softer USD at the start of the
week, with JPY and GBP reversing early losses vs. the greenback, while e-minis
are comfortably higher on the day and core FI little changed.
- It also looks like the weaker USD is aiding the recent momentum in both
precious metals and crude in early dealing this week, building on recent bullish
technical developments (in addition to a marginally less bleak fundamental
outlook for crude).
